| There are three well appointed guest bedrooms available within Rose Villa; two double rooms, one of which boasts en suite facilities, and a twin-bedded option. Rooms benefit from full central heating, coloured TV's, hairdryers and an hospitality tray with tea and coffee. Rates for accommodation are £65 per room per night with single occupancy starting from £40 per night. Deposit is the first nights' accommodation paid in advance, non-returnable, with cash and all major cards accepted. A full cooked breakfast is included in the price and vegetarian diets can be catered for. Rose Villa is a non-smoking establishment and pets are not permitted, except guide dogs. Children are welcome and the guest house is open all year round with the exception of Christmas and New Year. |
